Lord and Master of my life,keep from me the spirit of indifference and discouragement,
lust of power and idle chatter.

St. Ephraim, a deacon, lived in Syria in the 4th century. He wrote Scripture commentaries, theological works, and many hymns, and he's ranked as a doctor of the Church.grant me the grace to be aware of my sins and not to judge my brother;
